３．連結子会社の事業年度等に関する事項 連結子会社の決算日が連結決算日と異なる会社数は47社であり、主な決算日は12月31日であります。匿名組合Phoenix等２社は、連結決算日現在で実施した仮決算に基づく財務諸表を使用しております。その他の連結子会社は、連結子会社の決算日現在の財務諸表を使用し、連結決算日との間に生じた重要な取引については、連結上必要な調整を行っております。
