３．連結子会社の事業年度等に関する事項 連結子会社のうち、カーレックスガラスアメリカ,LLC他13社の決算日は12月31日であります。 連結財務諸表の作成に当たっては、それぞれ決算日現在の財務諸表を使用しております。ただし、１月１日から連結決算日３月31日までの期間に発生した重要な取引については、連結上必要な調整を行っております。 |
