３．連結子会社の事業年度等に関する事項 連結子会社のうち、Relo Redac, Inc.他33社の決算日は12月31日であり、㈱ホットハウス他４社の決算日は６月30日であります。連結財務諸表の作成にあたっては、連結決算日現在で実施した仮決算に基づく財務諸表を使用しております。 利楼可信(北京)房地産経紀有限公司他４社の決算日は12月31日で、連結財務諸表の作成にあたっては、同日現在の財務諸表を使用し、連結決算日との間に生じた重要な取引について、連結上必要な調整を行っております。 その他の連結子会社の決算日は、連結決算日と一致しております。
