【報告セグメントごとの負ののれん発生益に関する情報】 前連結会計年度（自 2020年４月１日 至 2021年３月31日） 「欧州」セグメントにおいて、2020年４月に、当社の子会社であるコモリ ジャーマニーを通じて、MBOグループの中核会社であるMaschinenbau Oppenweiler Binder GmbH & Co. KG (現在、MBO Postpress Solutions GmbH) の出資持分100％を取得したため、同社及び同社の子会社６社を当期より連結の範囲に含めており、当該事象により負ののれん発生益を901百万円計上しております。
