３．連結子会社の事業年度等に関する事項 国内連結子会社５社と在外連結子会社311社は12月31日を決算日とし、また、国内連結子会社３社は２月末日を決算日としております。従い、連結決算日である３月31日と差異がありますが、連結財務諸表作成のための決算は行っておりません。ただし、連結決算日との間に生じた重要な取引については調整を行っております。 |
