２ 偶発債務 前連結会計年度（2021年12月31日） 当社は、元当社筆頭株主であったＯａｋキャピタル株式会社(E00541／東証スタンダード3113）から、当社の不適切会計等を理由として、2020 年７月６日に締結した新株予約権総数引受契約に基づく違約金6億80万1,700円及びこれに対する遅延損害金の支払請求を求める訴訟を2021年12月８日に東京地方裁判所に提起されております。当社は弁護士と協議し適切に対応してまいります。
