当連結会計年度において、株式会社オトワコーエイの全株式を2022年４月１日に取得し、連結の範囲に含めております。また、当社の連結子会社であった株式会社レンタルシステム東北、株式会社レンタルシステム東海、株式会社レンタルシステム西日本及び株式会社レンタルシステム信越は2022年４月１日付で同じく連結子会社である株式会社レンタルシステム関東を存続会社とする吸収合併により消滅したため、連結の範囲から除外しております。なお、株式会社レンタルシステム関東は2022年４月１日付でレンタルシステム株式会社に社名変更しております。
