※４ 減損損失 前連結会計年度(自 2021年４月１日 至 2022年３月31日） 前連結会計年度において、連結子会社である株式会社ハートフルホームののれんについて、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響が長期化したことや資材価格の高騰等の外部環境の悪化により収益計画に遅れが生じたため、株式会社ハートフルホームの事業計画を見直した結果、当該グループから得られる割引前将来キャッシュ・フローの総額が帳簿価額を下回ったことから、帳簿価額を回収可能価額まで減額し、当該減少額275,020千円を減損損失として特別損失に計上しております。 なお、のれんの回収可能価額は使用価値により測定しており、将来キャッシュ・フローを14.6％の割引率で割り引いて算定しております。
