３ 連結子会社の事業年度等に関する事項 従来、連結子会社及び持分法適用会社のうち、決算日が12月31日であるDAIHEN,Inc.、OTC DAIHEN EUROPE GmbH、OTC DAIHEN Asia Co.,Ltd.、DAIHEN ELECTRIC Co.,Ltd.、DAIHEN Advanced Component,Inc.、牡丹江OTC溶接機有限会社、台湾OTC有限会社、OTC機電(上海)有限会社、DAIHEN KOREA Co.,Ltd.、OTC機電(青島)有限会社、ダイヘンOTC機電(北京)有限会社、ダイヘン精密機械(常熟)有限会社、PT.OTC DAIHEN INDONESIA及びDAIHEN VARSTROJ welding cutting and robotics d.d.の連結子会社14社並びに持分法適用会社のOTC DAIHEN Bangkok Co.,Ltd.は、同日現在の財務諸表を使用し、連結決算日との間に生じた重要な取引については連結上必要な調整を行っておりました。 連結財務諸表のより適切な開示を図るため、当連結会計年度の期首より、台湾OTC有限会社は決算日を12月31日から３月31日へ変更し、その他の連結子会社13社並びに持分法適用会社１社は、連結決算日に仮決算を実施して連結する方法に変更しております。 なお、当該連結子会社及び持分法適用会社の2022年１月１日から2022年３月31日までの３ヶ月間の損益については、利益剰余金の増減として調整しており、連結株主資本等変動計算書の「連結子会社の決算期変更に伴う増減」及び「持分法適用会社の決算期変更に伴う増減」に反映しております。また、現金及び現金同等物の増減については、連結キャッシュ・フロー計算書の「連結子会社の決算期変更に伴う現金及び現金同等物の増減額」として表示しております。 |
