CU TECH CORPORATION 東莞新優電子有限公司 CU TECH VIETNAM CO.,LTD. Lavinics Co.,Ltd. VGEL (SHENZHEN) CO.,LTD. VITEC WPG Limited ViMOS Technologies GmbH
連結財務諸表の作成にあたり、上記の連結子会社のうち９社については、連結決算日現在で実施した仮決算に基づく財務諸表を使用し、Restar-SBI Innovation投資事業有限責任組合については決算日の差異が３ヶ月を超えないため、当該子会社の正規の決算を基礎として連結決算を行っております。 なお、連結決算日との間に生じた重要な取引については、連結上必要な調整を行っております。 カードサービス株式会社については、決算日を3月31日に変更し、連結決算日と一致しております。
