３．報告セグメントごとの固定資産の減損損失又はのれん等に関する情報
（のれんの金額の重要な変動） 「エンジニアプラットフォームサービス」セグメントにおいて、株式会社ジンアース及び株式会社UPTORYの全株式を取得し連結の範囲に含め、株式会社Tanpan&Co.より事業譲渡を受けたことにより、当第３四半期連結累計期間においてのれんが281,685千円増加しております。
