　管理会計上の区分および投資の意思決定を行う際の単位等を基礎として継続的に収支の把握がなされている単位で資産のグルーピングを行っております。

　上記土地については、売却の意思決定を行ったため、帳簿価額を回収可能価額まで減額し、当該減少額を減損損失（115百万円）として特別損失に計上しております。なお、回収可能価額は、正味売却価額により測定しており、その価額は売却見込価額により算定しております。
