※３ 減損損失 リズム株式会社につきまして、システム開発計画の変更によって今後の利用が見込めなくなったソフトウェア資産（建設仮勘定）について２億85百万円の減損損失を計上しております。 また、当社の連結子会社であるRHYTHM INDUSTRIAL(DONG GUAN)LTD.の生活用品事業につきまして、事業環境の悪化に伴い収益性が低下し、当面業績回復が見込まれないことから、リース資産（工場の賃借契約）につきまして、３億16百万円の減損損失を計上しております。
