※１．売上高の季節的変動 前第３四半期連結累計期間(自 2022年４月１日 至 2022年12月31日)及び当第３四半期連結累計期間(自 2023年４月１日 至 2023年12月31日) 当社グループの不動産分譲事業の売上高の計上基準は引渡基準を採用しております。そのため、引渡時期により売上高の偏りが生じる場合があります。 引渡時期につきましては、２月、３月に集中することが多いため、売上高が第４四半期連結会計期間に高くなる傾向にあります。
