前第１四半期連結累計期間（自 2022年11月１日 至 2023年１月31日）及び当第１四半期連結累計期間（自 2023年11月１日 至 2024年１月31日） 当社グループの主力事業である住宅事業は、積雪の多い北海道、東北地域の売上割合が高く、売上・利益が下半期（５月～10月）に偏重するため、従来、上半期（11月～４月）については、赤字を計上する傾向が強くなっております。 また、上記記載については、2024年４月期の決算期変更に伴う半期決算を踏まえた記載となっております。
