なお、SPINNAKER PRESSURE SENSITIVE PRODUCTS LLCはMACTAC AMERICAS, LLCの子会社であるMORGAN ADHESIVES COMPANY, LLCを存続会社とする吸収合併により消滅したため、また、MACTAC AMERICAS,LLCの子会社であるMACTAC MEXICO SERVICIOS, S.A. DE C.V.は清算したため、当連結会計年度末において連結の範囲から除外しております。 |

(2) 主要な非連結子会社名 リンテックサービス㈱ 東京リンテック加工㈱ なお、非連結子会社であったプリンテック株式会社は、2023年４月１日付で連結子会社であるリンテックサインシステム株式会社を存続会社とする吸収合併したため、当連結会計年度より非連結子会社から除外しました。 非連結子会社について連結の範囲から除いた理由 非連結子会社３社は、いずれも小規模会社であり、合計の総資産、売上高、当期純損益(持分に見合う額)及び利益剰余金(持分に見合う額)等は、いずれも連結財務諸表に重要な影響を及ぼしていないためであります。

３．連結子会社の事業年度等に関する事項 連結子会社のうち、MACTAC AMERICAS, LLC、LINTEC(THAILAND)CO.,LTD.他36社の決算日は12月末日であります。連結財務諸表の作成に当たっては、上記連結子会社38社の決算日と連結決算日との差異が３か月以内であるため、各社の事業年度の財務諸表を使用しており、連結決算日との間に生じた重要な取引については必要な調整を行っております。
