６ 偶発債務 当社の子会社である日本製鋼所M&E株式会社が製造する製品の一部につき、その製造過程で実施すべき検査の一部において、お客様の要求仕様から逸脱する検査数値を、関連仕様の範囲内に収まる数値とするなどの不適切な行為が行われていたことが2022年5月に社内調査により判明し、外部弁護士から構成される特別調査委員会の調査報告書を2022年11月に受領しました。 つきましては、将来の財政状態及び経営成績に影響を及ぼす可能性がありますが、現時点ではその影響額を合理的に見積もることが困難なため、当連結会計年度の連結財務諸表には反映しておりません。 |
