（注）１．株式数が増加した理由につきましては、取引先持株会を通じた株式の取得であります。

２．当社は、特定株式における定量的な保有効果の記載が困難であり、保有の合理性を検証した方法につきましては、2023年８月開催の定例取締役会で個別に保有先との取引状況を踏まえた戦略上の重要性・適切性や配当収益等の資本効率性を検証しております。その結果、現状保有する特定投資株式につきましては、いずれも保有方針に沿った目的で保有しております。
