当社グループの取引先であり、主にその他事業の航空代理業における取引関係の維持・強化のため、同社株式を保有しております。業務提携等の概要については、保有目的に即した内容となっております。定量的な保有効果については記載が困難でありますが、航空代理業における長年の取引関係があり、新潟空港における受託業務等、事業戦略上、重要であると認識しております。当社の取締役会では、これらの内容に加え、財務内容等を検証し、継続保有を決議しております。なお、株式数が増加した理由は取引関係の維持強化を図るために加入している取引先持株会の定期買い増しによるものであります。
