当社は、日本基準及びIFRSにおいて「第４ 経理の状況 ２ 国際会計基準による要約四半期財務諸表 要約四半期財務諸表注記事項 ２．作成の基礎」に記載のとおり、四半期連結財務諸表及び要約四半期連結財務諸表を作成しておりません。

また、当社の要約四半期財務諸表は、四半期財務諸表等規則第83条第２項の規定により、国際会計基準第34号「期中財務報告」（以下、「IAS第34号」という。）に準拠して作成しております。

当社は、金融商品取引法第193条の２第１項の規定に基づき、第１四半期会計期間（2024年３月１日から2024年５月31日まで）及び第１四半期累計期間（2024年３月１日から2024年５月31日まで）に係る四半期財務諸表及び要約四半期財務諸表について、太陽有限責任監査法人による四半期レビューを受けております。
