当社の四半期財務諸表は、「四半期財務諸表等の用語、様式及び作成方法に関する規則」(平成19年内閣府令第63号。以下「四半期財務諸表等規則」という。)に準拠して作成し、「建設業法施行規則」（昭和24年建設省令第14号）に準じて記載しております。

当社は、金融商品取引法第193条の２第１項の規定に基づき、第３四半期会計期間(2024年３月１日から2024年５月31日まで)及び第３四半期累計期間(2023年９月１日から2024年５月31日まで)に係る四半期財務諸表について、太陽有限責任監査法人により四半期レビューを受けております。
