(1) 当社の連結財務諸表は、「連結財務諸表の用語、様式及び作成方法に関する規則」(昭和51年大蔵省令第28号）に準拠して作成し、「建設業法施行規則」（昭和24年建設省令第14号）に準じて記載しております。

(2) 当社の財務諸表は、「財務諸表等の用語、様式及び作成方法に関する規則」(昭和38年大蔵省令第59号）第２条の規定に基づき、同規則及び「建設業法施行規則」（昭和24年建設省令第14号）に基づいて作成しております。

当社は、金融商品取引法第193条の２第１項の規定に基づき、連結会計年度(2023年６月１日から2024年５月31日まで)及び事業年度(2023年６月１日から2024年５月31日まで)の連結財務諸表及び財務諸表について、監査法人Ａ＆Ａパートナーズによる監査を受けております。
