(注) 当社は、特定投資株式における定量的な保有効果の記載が困難であるため、保有の合理性を検証した方法について記載いたします。当社は毎期、「有価証券運用規程」に基づき、取締役会において対象企業との安定的取引が継続しているか、当該株式の保有により資本コストを上回る収益を得られているか、の２つの観点で継続保有の合理性を検証しています。2024年６月30日を基準とした当該検証の結果、現状保有する純投資目的以外の保有株式は、継続保有の合理性があることを確認しています。 |
