当社の中間連結財務諸表は、「連結財務諸表の用語、様式及び作成方法に関する規則」(昭和51年大蔵省令第28号。以下「連結財務諸表規則」という。)並びに「海運企業財務諸表準則」（昭和29年運輸省告示第431号）に基づいて作成しております。

当社は、金融商品取引法第193条の２第１項の規定に基づき、中間連結会計期間(2024年４月１日から2024年９月30日まで)に係る中間連結財務諸表について、ＯＡＧ監査法人による期中レビューを受けております。
