３．報告セグメントごとの固定資産の減損損失又はのれん等に関する情報 （のれんの金額の重要な変動） 2022年12月23日に行われた株式会社NSSK-LL（現社名 株式会社SA-LL）並びにその子会社である株式会社NSSK-L（現社名 株式会社SA-L）及び株式会社Welfareすずらんとの企業結合について前連結会計年度において暫定的な会計処理を行っておりましたが、当中間連結会計期間において確定しております。この結果、「サービス事業」セグメントにおいて暫定的に算出されたのれんの金額2,972百万円は276百万円減少し、2,695百万円となっております。 |
