（報告セグメントの変更等に関する事項）
当社グループは従来、「自動車関連事業」および「情報システム関連事業」の２事業を報告セグメントとしておりましたが、当中間連結会計期間より「自動車関連事業」の単一セグメントに変更しております。 この変更は、2023年10月２日付でＴＣＳ株式会社（情報システム関連事業）の全株式を譲渡したことによるものであります。
