前中間連結会計期間(自 2023年４月１日 至 2023年９月30日)及び当中間連結会計期間(自 2024年４月１日 至 2024年９月30日) 不動産開発事業、ＣＣＲＣ事業及び不動産投資事業においては、売買契約成立時ではなく顧客への引渡時に売上が計上されるため、その引渡時期により中間期ごとの売上高に偏りが生じる傾向があります。
