２ 株主資本の著しい変動に関する事項 当社は、共同株式移転の方法により、2024年４月１日付で株式会社リョーサンと菱洋エレクトロ株式会社の共同持株会社として設立されました。 この結果、当中間連結会計期間末において、資本金が15,000百万円、資本剰余金が142,397百万円、利益剰余金が39,595百万円、自己株式が△70,310百万円となっております。
