１ 当行は、特定事業会社（企業内容等の開示に関する内閣府令第18条第２項に規定する事業を行う会社）に該当するため、中間会計期間については、中間連結財務諸表及び中間財務諸表を作成しております。

２ 当行の中間連結財務諸表は、「連結財務諸表の用語、様式及び作成方法に関する規則」（1976年大蔵省令第28号。以下「連結財務諸表規則」という。）に基づいて作成しておりますが、資産及び負債の分類並びに収益及び費用の分類は、「銀行法施行規則」（1982年大蔵省令第10号）に準拠しております。

４ 当行は、金融商品取引法第193条の２第１項の規定に基づき、中間連結会計期間（自2024年４月１日 至2024年９月30日）の中間連結財務諸表及び中間会計期間（自2024年４月１日 至2024年９月30日）の中間財務諸表について、有限責任 あずさ監査法人の中間監査を受けております。
