当社持分法適用関連会社であるGroup Lease PCL．（以下「ＧＬ」という。）の子会社Group Lease Holdings PTE．LTD．（以下「ＧＬＨ」という。）については、2023年４月12日、JTRUST ASIA PTE．LTD．によるシンガポール共和国高等裁判所での、ＧＬＨに対する会社清算の申立てを受け、2023年９月６日に、シンガポール高等裁判所が暫定的な資産保全人Provisional Liquidatorの選任が決定されました。ＧＬではこれらを不服としておりましたが、2024年３月４日には、同裁判所がＧＬＨの清算を命じたことを受け、ＧＬＨは、Liquidatorの管理下に置かれ、清算手続が行われております。このため、当連結会計年度において、ＧＬとの有効な支配従属関係が喪失されたことから、当連結会計年度からＧＬＨを持分法の適用範囲から除外しております。
