連結子会社の数 5社 主要な連結子会社の名称 ＭＢＫプロパティ株式会社 株式会社エストニアン・ジャパン・トレーディング・カンパニー・ホールディングス Estonian Japan Trading Company AS 株式会社エストニアン・ジャパン・トレーディング・カンパニー日本 O'Pen Eesti OÜ なお、株式会社ケンテンにつきましては2024年４月30日付、娯楽ＴＶメディア・コンテンツ株式会社につきましては同年９月17日付にて当社が保有する全株式を譲渡したため、連結子会社ではなくなりました。 また株式会社ＭＢＫハウスマネジメントは2024年３月15日に解散し、2024年７月３日に清算結了したため、連結子会社ではなくなりました。

３．連結子会社の事業年度等に関する事項 ＭＢＫプロパティ株式会社、株式会社エストニアン・ジャパン・トレーディング・カンパニー・ホールディングスの事業年度の末日は、連結決算日と一致しております。 Estonian Japan Trading Company AS、O'Pen Eesti OÜの決算日は12月31日であります。連結財務諸表の作成に当たっては７月31日現在の財務諸表を採用しておりますが、連結決算日との間に生じた重要な取引については連結上必要な調整を行っております。 なお、連結子会社のうち決算日が12月31日であった株式会社エストニアン・ジャパン・トレーディング・カンパニー日本は、連結財務諸表のより適正な開示を図るため、当連結会計年度より決算日を10月31日に変更しております。それに伴い2023年８月１日から2024年10月31日までの15ヵ月間の同社の損益を連結しております。
