２．報告セグメントごとの資産に関する情報 第１四半期連結会計期間において、株式会社NDYエンジニアリングを新たに設立したため、同社を連結の範囲に含めております。 これにより、前連結会計年度の末日に比べ、「日本」のセグメント資産が増加しております。 また、2023年４月１日に、イシコテック株式会社は、株式会社タマリ工業を存続会社とする吸収合併により消滅したため、第１四半期連結会計期間より連結の範囲から除外しております。 なお、これによる報告セグメントごとの資産への影響はありません。
