Ltd.、TOHO Foods Malaysia Sdn.Bhd.、株式会社エフ・エム・アイ、昭和物産株式会社、FRESHdirect Pte. Ltd.、Bread N Better Pte Ltd、TOHO FOODS HK CO.,LTD.、関東食品株式会社、Suitfit Company Limited）であります。 なお、４月にシンガポールの連結子会社であるTOHO Singapore Pte. Ltd.は、同じくシンガポールの連結子会社であるGolden Ocean Seafood（S）Pte.Ltd.を吸収合併しております。
