３ 連結子会社の事業年度等に関する事項 連結子会社のうちTAKANAWA GATEWAY 地球益投資事業有限責任組合、JRE Business Development UK Ltd.等９社の事業年度の末日は12月31日、㈱オレンジページの事業年度の末日は２月28日であります。連結財務諸表の作成に当たっては、同日現在の決算財務諸表を使用しておりますが、連結決算日との間に生じた重要な取引については、連結上必要な調整をしております。 また、㈱ガーラ湯沢の事業年度の末日は９月30日でありますが、連結決算日現在で実施した仮決算に基づく財務諸表により作成しております。 |
