※２ 当連結会計年度において、当社の連結子会社であったMSSC Ahle GmbHは、現地の法律に基づき2024年６月に倒産手続き開始の申し立てを行い、2024年７月に倒産手続き開始の決定がされました。 この手続き開始に伴い、当社とMSSC Ahle GmbHとの間に有効な支配従属関係が存在しなくなったと認められ、同社の第３四半期連結会計期間にあたる2024年７月より同社を連結の範囲から除外しております。 連結の範囲から除外したMSSC Ahle GmbHの連結除外時の資産及び負債の金額は、以下のとおりであります。
