※５．土地の再評価 当社及び一部の連結子会社において、「土地の再評価に関する法律」（平成10年３月31日公布法律第34号）に基づき、事業用土地の再評価を行い、評価差額に係る税効果相当額を「再評価に係る繰延税金負債」として負債の部に計上し、これを控除した金額のうち、持分に相当する金額を「土地再評価差額金」として純資産の部に計上しております。また、一部の持分法適用関連会社において、事業用土地の再評価を行ったことに伴い計上された土地再評価差額金のうち、持分に相当する金額を「土地再評価差額金」として純資産の部に計上しております。 再評価の方法 土地の再評価に関する法律施行令（平成10年３月31日公布政令第119号）第２条第３号に定める固定資産税評価額に基づき算出する方法、同条第４号に定める路線価に基づき算出する方法及び同条第５号に定める不動産鑑定士による鑑定評価額により算出する方法によっております。 再評価を行った年月日 平成12年３月31日、平成13年12月31日、平成14年３月31日 |
