４ 偶発債務 当社の連結子会社であるダイキアルミニウム インダストリー インドネシアは、2024年４月30日にインドネシア税務当局から2019年度及び2022年度の法人税申告不備により2024年５月30日までに77,006百万インドネシアルピアの移転価格等の納付を命じる追徴課税通知を受領いたしました。ダイキアルミニウム インダストリー インドネシアは、当局からの指摘内容に承服しかねるため、2024年７月30日（現地時間）に税務調査を行った税務署に異議申立てを行い、現在税務署が審査中であります。 |
