「メディア事業」セグメントにおいて、2023年９月１日にて当社が株式会社フロムワン（2023年11月1日付にて当社100%子会社であるCWS Brains株式会社と合併後、株式会社シーソーゲームに商号変更）の発行済株式の全株式を取得し連結の範囲に含めたことにより、負ののれん発生益16,197千円を計上しております。 なお、当該負ののれん発生益は、当連結会計年度において、特別利益に計上しております。 |
