※３ 土地の再評価 「土地の再評価に関する法律」（1998年３月31日公布 法律第34号）及び「土地の再評価に関する法律の一部を改正する法律」（2001年３月31日公布 法律第19号）に基づき、事業用の土地の再評価を行い、当該評価差額に係る税金相当額を「再評価に係る繰延税金負債」として負債の部に、これを控除した金額を「土地再評価差額金」として純資産の部に計上しております。 再評価の方法 「土地の再評価に関する法律施行令」（1998年３月31日公布 政令第119号）第２条第４号に定める路線価に基づいて奥行価格補正等の合理的な調整を行って算定する方法、及び第５号に定める不動産鑑定士の鑑定評価によって算定しております。 再評価を行った年月日 2002年３月31日
なお、前連結会計年度末及び当連結会計年度末において、再評価を行った土地の時価が再評価後の帳簿価額を上回っているため、差額を記載しておりません。
