Disclosure about fiscal years, etc. of consolidated subsidiaries	—	３　連結子会社及び持分法適用関連会社の事業年度等に関する事項 連結子会社のうち、在外子会社50社の決算日は12月31日であり、連結財務諸表の作成にあたっては、当該決算日に係る財務諸表を使用しております。 持分法適用関連会社のうち、５社の決算日は12月31日であり、連結財務諸表の作成にあたっては、当該決算日に係る財務諸表を使用しております。また、１社の決算日は９月30日でありますが、連結財務諸表の作成にあたっては、３月31日で実施した仮決算に基づく財務諸表を使用しております。 なお、連結決算日との間に生じた重要な取引については、連結上必要な調整を行っております。その他の連結子会社および持分法適用関連会社の決算日は、連結決算日と一致しております。
