※５ 当社は、「土地の再評価に関する法律」（平成10年３月31日公布法律第34号）に基づき、事業用の土地の再評価を行い、「土地再評価差額金」を純資産の部に計上しております。 ・再評価の方法 土地の再評価に関する法律施行令（平成10年３月31日公布政令第119号）第２条第３号に定める土地課税台帳又は土地課税補充台帳に登録されている価格に合理的な調整を行って算定する方法によっております。 ・再評価を行った年月日 2002年３月31日 ・再評価を行った土地の時価の合計額は前連結会計年度末及び当連結会計年度末ともに再評価後の帳簿価額を上回っております。
