当連結会計年度（自 2024年４月１日 至 2025年３月31日） 当社の連結子会社である名鉄ＮＸ運輸㈱は、2024年８月21日付で、日本通運㈱から、名鉄ＮＸ運輸㈱の株式を対価とした吸収分割の方法により特別積合せ運送事業を承継するための吸収分割契約を締結し、2025年１月１日に対象事業を承継しました。 当該吸収分割により承継した事業に係る資産及び負債の内訳は、「注記事項（企業結合等関係）」をご参照ください。また、名鉄ＮＸ運輸㈱が当該吸収分割の対価として日本通運㈱に株式を交付したことによる資本剰余金の増加額は、以下の通りです。 新株発行による資本剰余金増加額 6,000百万円
