連結子会社は43社であります。 主要な連結子会社名は「第１ 企業の概況」の「４ 関係会社の状況」に記載しているため、省略しております。 当社では、すべての子会社を連結の範囲に含めております。 当連結会計年度において、㈱エフ・クライミングは株式の取得により、京急アセットマネジメント㈱は新規設立により、それぞれ新たに連結の範囲に含めております。 また、当連結会計年度において、前期に連結の範囲に含めていた子会社のうち、㈱京急システムは当社を存続会社とする吸収合併により、㈱長野京急カントリークラブは会社清算により、㈱京急自動車学校については株式譲渡により、それぞれ連結の範囲から除外しております。
