３．連結子会社の事業年度等に関する事項 連結子会社のうちタイ ヤマキ カンパニー リミテッド、ラオ ヤマキ カンパニー リミテッド、上海山喜商貿有限公司の決算日は12月31日であります。当連結会計年度より、連結子会社である株式会社フェールムラカミの決算日を２月28日から３月31日に変更しました。この決算期変更に伴い、当連結会計年度において、2024年５月１日から2025年３月31日までの11ヶ月間を連結しております。連結財務諸表の作成に当たっては、同決算日現在の財務諸表を使用しております。 なお、連結決算日との間に発生した重要な取引については、連結上必要な調整を行っています。 |
