２．当社は、営業取引上の目的、ブランドの維持、サプライチェーンの確保、その他の事業上の理由による場合、資本提携契約等に基づく場合及びその他当社の企業価値向上に資する場合を除き、原則として政策保有株式を保有しない方針としております。2023年10月23日開催の取締役会において、現在保有する非上場株式以外の政策保有株式について全て売却することを決議し、以降売却を進めております。 |
