Der im November 2023 geschlossene Verkaufsvertrag über die Anteile an der elexon GmbH ändern zum 31. Dezember 2023 nicht den Status der gemeinschaftlichen Führung. Die Anteile sowie das Darlehen werden weiterhin unter den zur Veräußerung gehaltenen Vermögenswerten ausgewiesen, da der Verkaufsvertrag dem Erwerber nach Einschätzung der gesetzlichen Vertreter nur Schutzrechte und noch keine beherrschungsvermittelnden Rechte gewährt, zumal die Transaktion bis zur kartellrechtlichen Genehmigung im Januar 2024 einem sanktionsbewährtem Vollzugsverbot unterlegen hat. Der Vollzug der Transaktion ist daher ein Ereignis nach dem Bilanzstichtag (siehe hierzu Ereignisse nach dem Abschlussstichtag unter den sonstigen Erläuterungen).
