Disclosure of fair value measurement [text block]	Einige Vermögenswerte und Schulden des Konzerns werden für Zwecke dieses Konzernabschlusses zum beizulegenden Zeitwert bilanziert (insbesondere Wertpapiere sowie bedingte Kaufpreisverbindlichkeiten). Der Vorstand legt dazu die angemessenen Bewertungsverfahren und Eingangsparameter für die Bewertung zum beizulegenden Zeitwert fest. Zur Bestimmung des beizulegenden Zeitwerts von Vermögenswerten und Schulden verwendet der Konzern so weit wie möglich beobachtbare Marktdaten. Sind solche Eingangsparameter der Stufe 1 nicht verfügbar, werden andere geeignete Bewertungstechniken gewählt und Schätzungen vorgenommen. Einzelheiten zu den verwendeten Bewertungstechniken und Eingangsparametern bei der Bestimmung der beizulegenden Zeitwerte können Kapitel 6.5 entnommen werden.

Tochterunternehmen sind sämtliche Unternehmen, über die der Konzern Beherrschung ausübt. Beherrschung liegt vor, wenn der Konzern schwankenden Renditen aus seinem Engagement in dem Beteiligungsunternehmen ausgesetzt ist bzw. Anrechte auf diese besitzt und die Fähigkeit hat, diese Renditen mittels ihrer Verfügungsmacht zu beeinflussen. Die Syzygy AG bezieht folgende Gesellschaften in den Konzernabschluss ein:
