Na pozycje Aktywa - inne instrumenty pochodne składają się opcje kupna akcji spółki Polimex-Mostostal SA. Opcje zostały nabyte od Towarzystwa Finansowego Silesia Sp. z o.o. na podstawie umowy z dnia 18 stycznia 2017 roku z późniejszymi aneksami i dotyczą nabycia w 22 transzach łącznie około 7 mln akcji Polimex-Mostostal SA, po cenie nominalnej 2 zł za akcję. Terminy realizacji opcji ustalono pomiędzy 31 sierpnia 2021 roku a 30 listopada 2026 roku. Wycena opcji kupna akcji spółki Polimex-Mostostal SA (opcje call) do wartości godziwej została przeprowadzona z wykorzystaniem modelu Blacka-Scholesa. W wycenie uwzględniono bieżącą cenę oraz historyczną zmienność cen akcji spółki. Stopę wolną od ryzyka wyznaczono w oparciu o rentowność obligacji skarbowych o zapadalności zbliżonej do terminu wygaśnięcia opcji.
