Grupa prowadzi obecnie program motywacyjny dedykowany dla kluczowej kadry menedżerskiej w spółce zależnej. Program został wdrożony na okres 4 lat. Celem programu jest zmotywowanie jego uczestników do realizowania strategii dalszego rozwoju Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta oraz silniejszego związania tych osób z organizacją. Uczestnicy programu nabyli prawo do nabycia akcji spółki zależnej na preferencyjnych warunkach, niższej od ich aktualnej wartości rynkowej pod warunkiem zakazu ich sprzedaży w okresie trwania programu motywacyjnego. Warunki programu gwarantują ponadto prawo do odkupu akcji przez Emitenta po cenie ich nabycia w przypadku gdy z jakiegokolwiek powodu osoby uprawnione do udziału w programie przestaną pełnić funkcję lub świadczyć usługi na rzecz spółki zależnej
