Disclosure of fair value measurement [text block]	Grupa Kapitałowa Berling posiadała na koniec 2022 roku złoto inwestycyjne, przechowywane w formie fizycznej w skrytkach bankowych. Aktywa te wyceniane są w momencie ujęcia początkowego w cenie nabycia, a na dzień bilansowy według wartości godziwej. Wycena do wartości godziwej robiona jest w oparciu o notowania cen z aktywnego rynku cechującego się wysoką płynnością, zatem są to dane wejściowe na poziomie 1 hierarchii wartości godziwej. Parametrami używanymi do wyceny są notowania LBMA złota oraz średni kurs wymiany walut Narodowego Banku Polskiego na dzień bilansowy. Nadwyżka wyceny ponad wartość początkową, jak również spadek wyceny poniżej tej wartości ujęte zostały odpowiednio w pozostałych przychodach operacyjnych lub w pozostałych kosztach operacyjnych i kompensowane ze sobą na poziomie skonsolidowanym.

Wartość bilansowa aktywów z tytułu prawa do użytkowania na koniec roku obrotowego zakończonego 31 grudnia 2022 roku wynosiła 1 393 tys. zł. Koszty leasingu w 2022 roku objęły 815 tys. zł z tytułu amortyzacji, 93 tys. zł odsetek oraz 28 tys. zł różnic kursowych. Całkowity wypływ środków pieniężnych wyniósł 937 tys. zł.
